What are your operating hours?

10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Who can buy from your store? 

Anyone above the age of 18 only. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most credit cards as well as Paypal. 

What is your returns policy?

Goods purchased are non-returnable.

At Platinum Wines & Spirits, we work with major brands directly and you can be assured that the deliveries that you receive are high quality authentic products. 

If the products arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can rectify the situation. We won't be able to allow returns, exchange or refunds other than this situation. 

Can you ship to other countries?

We currently do not ship to other countries.
